I have constantly worked on improving myself. When the iPhone can out in 2007, I was the first one in my group to learn how to build mobile apps. Did the same with Android. Doing so I was able to take on various contract jobs and help lead the team to build apps. Later as distributed technologies become more mainstream, I learned more streamlined, I learned about Hadoop, base and other technologies. Doing so provided with me extensive depth, I built architecture solutions using that knowhow and led a team of 40+ engg on day to day basis. Another example was about learning how to build UI and UX for products and I learned and applied to various products I build at Sprint by wireframing user experiences. When it was time to start with management, I took on a role to build and led a team to success.
