Prioritization is a key aspect in order the realize or deliver multiple values. Especially when you have multiple projects, the idea is classic them based on the value they bring in. Based on the value, I allocate time to work on those projects. Some projects can be demanding, some are more complex, some require coordination, etc.  I tend to keep a buffer, such that the time allocation can be projected can be adjusted depending on how the project phase and its demand for attention. Doing so, if there are some project that are behind can be given more time, if other projects are going on well.  Also, the idea is that If we help clear the roadblocks on a project that will help with other projects. Also, the key aspect is to bring awareness about the projects you are handling and be open to say NO if required to make sure projects do get right and you meet or exceed your responsibility for the project.
