Answer

There is no straight path as of yet. However this a new open-source project called as "In The Box" that aims to easily port Android applications over to Apple’s iOS platform. The input will be a Android app and output with be iOS app,which can be tested  on different iOS devices and then finally submitted to AppStore for review just like any other native iOS application.

Essentially under the hood, it is a porting of Dalvik VM and Gingerbread Android APIs on top of iOS. It
enables Android application developers to execute their Android
application on iOS.

Any such porting would not only require good testing but good developments skills for iOS and Android.
